Red Mosquito - Blog
RedMosquito have achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification!

We pride ourselves on delivering high quality IT Support services to our SME customers. The fact that our first customers have stayed with us for over 20 years is testament to our efforts in that area. Last year, as part of our commitment to continual improvement and growth, we set a goal to achieve the internationally recognised Quality Management standard ISO 9001:2015. This seemed like a natural step for the business and builds on our successful certification to the ISO 27001:2013 Information Security standard. Our team have worked hard over the past year to review our processes and procedures and built a Quality Management System (QMS). This includes, looking for areas of improvement and correcting or preventing identified problems. We are delighted to announce that we were successful and have achieved certification to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
The standard requires a rigorous audit programme be in place with two different types of review and assessment being used to ensure our Quality Management System is working. We undergo a continual programme of internal audits and in addition, each year an independent examiner audits our QMS. The audits are not a onetime thing. Both internal and external audits are ongoing programmes with continual checks to ensure we are complying to the standard and to identify areas we can develop and improve on. This process offers our customers peace of mind that we are adhering to international best practice and we can be viewed as a trusted partner. It also offers potential customers a relatively simple means to evaluate our service.
