COVID-19 Update

Like many businesses, we have activated our Business Continuity plans to address the potential impact of COVID-19 on our service delivery.  Our team has been working flat out to support our customers to put their own plans in place.  We know your business depends on us keeping all of your systems running smoothly!  We would like to share some of the actions we have taken to address the current challenges and ensure we can continue to provide the top quality service you are used to!

Throughout this period we will be complying with Government COVID-19 guidelines to keep our staff and customers safe.

Over the past few years we have invested in the software and hardware infrastructure necessary for all our systems to work remotely   Some of our team are working from home at the moment and we are prepared to move to a fully remote service delivery model if that is required in the coming weeks.  We have tested these systems and are confident that they will allow us to continue to provide our normal great quality standards.

  • All staff would have access to our phone system
  • All software tools can be accessed remotely
  • Information security requirements are in place, including two-factor authentication.  We continue to operate within our ISO 27001 accredited status.

At the moment, due to COVID-19, we have restricted travel and face to face contact with customers where possible, reverting instead to phone meetings.   We are still completing site visits for critical issues and this will continue for the time being but is under constant review.  We will discuss with you how to minimise the risk to both parties before the visit.  We will do this on a case by case basis as the guidance is changing day by day at the moment

We have been incredibly busy over the past few weeks supporting our customers to reconfigure their businesses and we would like to thank everyone for their continued patience and support.
